Login Trouble
  • If you are an Admin account: make sure the "customer" button above the username and password blanks is selected.
  • If you are a sub-account or user account: make sure the "user" button above the username and password blanks is selected.
  • If password is not working, click on "Forgot Password " button to reset your password
  • Any other or continued problems, please contact support at support@cbcdashboard.com
Signup Trouble
  • If you are trying to register and it says an email already exists for the account you are trying to create, please contact support@cbcdashboard.comfor further assistance
  • If you are having difficulty with the State drop down menu:

  • Try to click on the state drop down arrow bar.

  • Refresh the page and try clicking on the state drop down.

  • If you are using Internet Explorer, try Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

How to view or schedule a Demo?
  • Currently, all demos are being scheduled by phone or email. You can contact us at 512-963-4626 or support@cbcdashboard.com
  • We have You-Tube videos available that will demonstrate benefits and features shortly.
How much does CBCDashboard cost?
  • CBCDashboard costs $2500 annually
What inventory systems does CBCDashboard work with?
  • Currently, CBCDashboard is available for Pinnacle Professional and Powerlink 2 users.
  • Checkmate users we are in discussions with Car-Part regarding a version for Checkmate users. We hope to have a timeline available for you soon.
